Apartment Selection – Centrally Located 2.5-Room Apartments
Starting in November 2026, a variety of 2.5-room apartments with different floor plans will be available. The apartments offer the following highlights:
First occupancy starting November 1, 2026
Central location in the trendy Breitenrain district ("Breitsch")
Various apartment sizes and floor plans
Outdoor space: almost all apartments feature a private outdoor area, such as a balcony or patio
High-quality kitchen with durable resin-coated fronts, a white glass backsplash, and an elegant granite countertop
Living areas feature high-quality, matte-sealed oak parquet flooring
Bathroom floors are finished with ceramic tiles
Underfloor heating
Private laundry unit in every apartment (washing machine and tumble dryer)
Additional storage space provided by a basement unit (includes power connection)
Parking: An on-site underground garage with approximately 135 parking spaces is available for AVES; visitor parking is also provided.
